Your information is protected according to our privacy policy and the following terms of service:

1 – Data Protection

PARENTESIS.INFO has implemented the security measures and levels of personal data protection required by Regulation (EU) 679/2016. Personal data collected through this website are subject to automated processing and are incorporated into a file owned by the company that owns the website, which is also responsible for said file. Filling out the form included on the site or sending emails or other communications to the website owner implies the explicit consent of the requester to include their personal data in the aforementioned automated file. In order to ensure the privacy and protection of the personal data of our customers and users, the GDPR grants individuals 8 fundamental rights. PARENTESIS.INFO is committed to providing all individuals with the necessary attention and response within a reasonable timeframe if they exercise any or several of their rights. For this purpose, they can send an email to the following address: info@parentesis.info

Right to information: This means that any individual can know at any time what data is being handled/stored about them, the reasons or purposes that motivate its collection, as well as its possible transfer or data sharing with third parties.

Right of access: The possibility of being provided with a copy of all the data we handle or store about you.

Right of rectification: In case you detect that your data is not up to date or is incorrect, you can request that the necessary changes be made to rectify it.

Right to erasure/cancellation or “right to be forgotten”: At any time, you can request the cancellation/deletion of all the data we process about you, removing all your personal information from our databases. Likewise, if deletion is not possible for legal reasons (e.g., retention of invoices for legal periods), the data will be blocked and only essential data will be retained. In any case, you will be duly informed in response to your request of any situations we encounter.

Right to object: You can object to one or more processing operations of your data at any time and without any justification (e.g., canceling the sending of informative emails…).

Right to withdraw consent: In the same line as the previous right, you can withdraw previously granted consent for us to process your data for a specific purpose, without this necessarily implying a limitation in the use of products or services. In the case of sending commercial communications, the user or customer may revoke consent either by email to info@parentesis.info or through the link included in each communication for this purpose.

Right to data portability: You can request that we send you a copy of the personal data that concern you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or we can transfer your personal data to a third party.

Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making (including profiling): PARENTESIS.INFO does not make automated individual decisions with the data we obtain from you on our websites. Therefore, no decision affecting you or your rights will be made without the intervention of our employees for the purpose of providing you with a service with explicit acceptance of all conditions.

2 – Data Collection

The collection of personal data is carried out solely and exclusively through the form published in the CONTACT section of our website, any type of commercial contacts, and emails that customers may send to PARENTESIS.INFO when requesting our services.

Based on the GDPR, for the processing of personal data, it is necessary to properly establish and document the legal basis that legitimizes the processing. The most important legal grounds are:

Contractual compliance: The processed data must be necessary and relevant for the execution of the contracted service or product and therefore must be clearly defined in the contract.

Consent: Specific, informed, and unequivocal consent is required, expressed freely through an affirmative and clear act (pre-checked boxes are not allowed). The option to refuse consent must be provided. The capacity to contract must be available (appropriate legal age, capacity to act…) or otherwise, consent must be granted by the parent or legal guardian. Our services are not directed at minors, so by entering into the contract, the customer declares and warrants that they are of legal age or have the legal capacity to contract. In the case of processing sensitive or special data, explicit consent will also be required.

Legitimate interests: A legitimate interest that does not conflict with the rights or interests of individuals must be present.

3 – Data Retention Periods

PARENTESIS.INFO will retain customer data for the duration of their contractual relationship and subsequently for compliance with legal obligations. Likewise, both the data of former customers and of current customers or users will be retained for promotional purposes for a period of 5 years, not being retained longer than necessary for the purposes indicated above, without prejudice to retention that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or as long as permitted or required by applicable law. Data for managing inquiries and requests will be retained for the time necessary to respond to them and for a maximum period of 5 years. CV data for selection processes, IF CONDUCTED, will be retained for the selection process and for up to 2 years after its completion, unless expressly requested otherwise by the applicant.

4 – Implemented Security Measures

PARENTESIS.INFO commits to fulfilling the duty of care and custody of the data as well as its obligation of secrecy, and for this purpose will adopt all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed (whether natural risks, industrial risks, unintended risks, or intentional risks arising from human action). For this same purpose, continuous monitoring, control, and evaluation of all processes are maintained to ensure compliance with privacy and information security standards according to international standards.

5 – Professional Secrecy

All private communications between PARENTESIS.INFO and clients/users will be considered confidential.

6 – Transfer to Third Parties

PARENTESIS.INFO does not sell, transfer, rent, or transmit in any way information or personal data of its Clients/Users to third parties. These data will only be transferred to entities that are necessary for the sole purpose of fulfilling the purpose previously stated, of which the interested party will always be informed.

7 – Changes in the Security and Data Protection Policy

PARENTESIS.INFO reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice, always in accordance with current Spanish legislation on data protection.
